Our Lads to Leaders (L2L) ministry exists to help our congregation instill the Word of God into our youth and adults so they will stand firm in the faith. Teaching students to do “Bible things in Bible ways” is the essence of L2L. Lads to Leaders is for children, teenagers, and adults from 3 years old to 103 years old!
In 2023, we had 55 participants and completed 56 year-round events and 39 convention events!
L2L is the oldest and largest leadership training program used by the churches of Christ today. It is a tool churches of Christ can use to help prepare youth and adults for service in the Kingdom of God and help develop their overall leadership potential. L2L is much more than just attending a youth rally or participating in a Bible Bowl.
Ways to Get Involved
- Participate in year-round events like Song Leading, Speech, Bible Bowl, Art Says It, Bulletin Board, Oral Bible Reading, Know the Books, Defender, Junior Leader, Pearls, Second Language, Teach to Teach, and more.
- Serve as a helper or leader to train young people in leadership skills.
- Attend the annual Lads 2 Leaders convention in Nashville, TN.
